Economist Richard Darch is the chief executive officer of the Archus consultancy, a firm that has hit the ground running. Set up just two years ago it now employs nearly 40.
Darch also loves his profession. His glass is neither half full or half empty. He doesn’t seem to fit that particular mould. The day I met him he was energetic. He has a strong hand shake.
